Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Sponsor

The New Every Week weekly giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is run by New Every Week (“Sponsor”). Prizes may be funded by local business partners named on the Site each week (“Prize Partners”). Prize Partners are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway.

Eligibility

• —Open only to legal residents of South Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• —Employees of Sponsor and of that week’s Prize Partner, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to win.
• —One entry per person. A person is identified by name, email address and mobile number; additional entries using different emails or numbers will be disqualified.

How to enter

Complete the entry form at neweveryweek.com with your name, email, mobile number and South Carolina mailing address, and agree to receive emails and texts from New Every Week. Entries must be received by the drawing deadline shown on the Site each week. One signup enters you in every weekly drawing going forward until you opt out.

Free alternate method of entry: you may also enter by emailing contact@neweveryweek.com with the subject “Weekly Giveaway Entry” and your full name, mailing address, email and phone number. Mail-in and email entries have the same chance of winning as online entries.

Bonus entries

Entrants may receive one bonus entry for each friend who enters for the first time using their personal invite link, up to 10 bonus entries (10 friends). Bonus entries are not awarded for people at the same address or phone number as the referrer. Bonus entries are optional and never required to win.

Drawing and odds

One winner is selected each week in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that week, conducted by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

Prize

Each week’s prize is a gift card with a face value of at least $25, as described on the Site. Approximate retail value is the face value shown. No cash alternative, substitution or transfer except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any taxes.

Winner notification

Winners are notified by email and/or text within 7 days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. The prize is mailed to the winner’s verified South Carolina address.

Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their first name, last initial, city and any photo or quote they choose to share for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Privacy

Information collected is used as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP and out of emails using the unsubscribe link.

General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated or otherwise violate these rules, and may modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway if it cannot run as planned. By entering, you release Sponsor and Prize Partners from liability arising from participation or prize use, to the extent permitted by law. These rules are governed by the laws of South Carolina.
